Current Clients can click the BTS icon on your task bar or desktop.
*Normal Business Hours are, Monday thru Friday 8AM EST - 5PM EST, excluding Holidays.
The BTS Service dialogue box will appear:
Chat with a technician (Available during Normal Business Hours*)
The "Chat Assist" window will open, connecting you to the BTS Portal. Please fill out the requested info regarding your ticket request. Upon submittal : you will be connected to a BTS Technician.
